Citium Consulting’s mission is to ensure all stakeholders of large engineering schemes receive exceptional commercial management from project inception to completion.

We have expertise in cost reporting, administering large construction main contracts and subcontracts as principal contractor, joint venture partner or the client.

We are proficient in NEC3 and NEC4 suite of contracts and all main options. We are experts in risk management, data analysis and modelling, target cost modelling and estimating.

Our guiding principle of being meticulous is fundamental to how Citium Consulting operates. A keen eye for detail is crucial when assessing the validity of project change and determining the cost/time exposure of project risks.

Meet the Team

Tom Bradley

Director
A focused, experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor, with joint venture delivery partner, principal contractor and client-side experience. Most recently, Tom was the Senior QS on the Water Industry National Environmental Programme (WINEP) Tranche 7, fulfilling the phosphate removal, UIMP5 & UIMP6 needs under the Southern Water CMDP Framework, a Costain-MWHT JV for AMP7 2020-2025.
Tom has extensive knowledge administering framework agreements and major projects with both NEC3 and NEC4 (ECC, ECSC, TSC, PSC, PSSC, FC | Main Options A, B, C and E).
Experienced pre and post contract, providing effective commercial management from inception to final account.
Tom was awarded BSc (Hons) First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying from the University College of Estate Management in 2021.
